It all sounds true though, I mean I was not surprised with anything you have written as is practical, but for a renowned name like Apple we expect much better right..<br>Though I am not a Mac fan or so neither do I use much of apple except for my Ipod.. You should have somebody from the senior mgmt. of Apple to really take all this seriously and act upon. It was scary to read so much on Apple, specially so much negative..
