It's being characterized as "Cloud Service Hosting" but in reality it's providing a COMPLETE data center in the cloud type solution. A lot of the offering wouldn't really translate into a software product that you could buy and install in your own data center, but Azure gives you the flexiability to do a "hybrid" type of solution.
